Technology Reflection

Hello, welcome to my blog!

Yesterday it was my first day back at technology so I've decided to write a little bit about how my experience was. The group I've been put in to start the year with was cooking. In the cooking group we got a new teacher which is Mrs Hamer, what she prepared for us to make on the first day was colorful fruit cups. 

Here are the ingredients we were given: Rock Melon, Grapes, Kiwifruit, Blueberry, Watermelon & Yoghurt. All we did was slice and peel the fruits then we stacked the fruits in a small cup and poured yoghurt on the top with some leftover fruit sprinkled on top. Sadly we weren't able to take photos since it was the first week back so here is an image from google of what they looked like:

Baking Anzac Biscuits

This is a DLO (Digital Learning Object) that I have created about baking anzac biscuits and the recipe for it. I hope that one day you will use this recipe I have used and my class.

Making Ham Macaroni & Cheese

For technology I am in the cooking group and we made ham macaroni & cheese. It was very delicious. I had a very good partner to help her name is Syraiah-Lee. We both very liked what we made so hopefully some of you people out there decide to use our steps to help you make ham macaroni & cheese.

Making Banana Bread

Today room 7 were cooking banana bread, we were put into groups of 4 in my group was Merielle,Coralee,Hiria and Kika which is me.In each group  one person would go to Miss Ashley and get a bowl with half a banana and a full banana in the bowl then take the bowl to your table and mash it.Then Miss Ashley would call a person from each group to go to her and get a bowl with flower and sugar in it.When they brought it back to the table one person had to mix it and wait for Miss Ashley to bring the butter and pour it in then mix it again.Then you pour the ingredients you mixed onto a pan the gently keep tapping on your banana bread then wait for Miss Liddicoat to come and take your banana bread to cook.
