Save our Habitat!
INTRO:
This is unacceptable! Nature is slowly disappearing, animals are close to getting extinct and a place we once knew as our home is slowly turning into a disaster. Make a change and SAVE OUR HABITAT!
P1: Causes of climate change
Lately there's been a lot of disastrous stuff happening such as rising temperatures, shrinking sea ice, rising sea levels, more rainfall and etc. These are being caused by climate change. Did you know that farming, deforestation, burning fossil fuels are some of the main reasons why climate change is happening.
P2: Rising temperatures
One of the main problems caused by climate change was rising temperatures. Rising temperatures have been caused by methane gas coming from when cows fart. If you are confused about why farming can cause climate change it is because when cows eat, methane gas builds up in their digestive system and when they fart out the methane gas it causes many problems to the greenhouse gases.
P3: How is deforestation part of the causes for climate change?
Deforestation can cause climate change because when trees are cut or burned or rot their stored carbon released into the air as carbon dioxide. Which makes more thermal energy trapped by the atmosphere and makes the Earth warmer than usual.
P4: 18 months to make a change
About 3 months ago scientists told us that we had only about 12 years to make a change knowing that it may increase and it did increase. Now scientists have said that we only have about 18 months to save the planet but if we can’t then I guess that is the end of the world.
Conclusion:
Climate change has caused many problems, we need to make a change to save planet Earth!
